Reinhausen Manufacturing Inc (RM) Shows Long-Term Commitment to Humboldt with New Land Purchase

(Humboldt, Tenn.) – Reinhausen Manufacturing Inc. (RM) a subsidiary of Germany-based Maschinenfabrik Reinhausen is proud to announce the acquisition of a significant parcel of land
adjacent to the FedEx Ground facility within the City of Humboldt Industrial Park. This strategic land purchase demonstrates the company’s long-term dedication to the city of Humboldt and sets the stage for potential future expansions.

Since taking over the On Load Tap Changer (OLTC) business from Westinghouse and relocating to Humboldt in 1990, Reinhausen Manufacturing Inc has experienced remarkable growth necessitating multiple expansions.

“We are excited to continue our partnership with the City of Humboldt, Gibson County, and the State of Tennessee by securing the future of our business expansion through the purchase of land in
Humboldt. While not immediate, the land we are acquiring gives us the business flexibility to expand in the future as the demand for smart, reliable energy continues to grow through North America,” said US President and CEO Robert Vary.

While no development plans are yet in place for the newly purchased land, this proactive investment is a clear indicator of Reinhausen Manufacturing Inc’s commitment to innovation, growth, and its valued relationship with the city of Humboldt.
