Anna Surratt Named General Chairman of the 89th West Tennessee Strawberry Festival
HUMBOLDT, TENN. ([DATE]) — The Humboldt Chamber of Commerce and West Tennessee Strawberry Festival President Tyler Gamble are proud to announce that Anna Surratt has been selected to serve as General Chairman of the West Tennessee Strawberry Festival.
Surratt is no stranger to the Festival or the Humboldt Chamber. She served as the Chamber’s Events and Strawberry Festival Coordinator from 2016 to 2018 and brings valuable experience, strong community ties and a genuine love for the Festival to her new role.
Today, Surratt works with her family’s businesses, King Tire Company and Tire Distributors LLC. She and her husband, Timothy, are the parents of twins, Brock and Wren.
“I am so excited to have the opportunity to work with Anna again,” said Beth Culpepper, Managing Director of the West Tennessee Strawberry Festival. “She understands the heart of this Festival and the work that goes into making it special. Her experience, energy and love for our community will be a tremendous asset, and I look forward to seeing her step into this leadership role.”
As General Chairman, Surratt will work closely with Gamble, Chamber staff and community volunteers to help plan and carry out the Festival.
