Real Estate course at JSCC returns for fall
Jackson, Tenn. (Jul. 6, 2022) – The 90-hour affiliate broker pre-licensure course returns to Jackson State Community College beginning September 6. The 90-hour affiliate broker pre-licensure course will be taught by the Blues City Real Estate School at the college’s McWherter Center.
The 90-hour affiliate broker pre-license class is suitable for most people’s schedules and meets three nights a week for 11 weeks from 5:30 – 8:30 p.m. each night. This is the entry-level course for those interested in pursuing a career in real estate. For detailed information and registration, visit bluescityrealestateschool.com. Upon completing the 90-hour affiliate broker class, you will be able to sit for the Tennessee Affiliate Broker Exam. Upon completing the exam, you will be a licensed affiliate broker who may work with a licensed broker.
Basic requirements for obtaining an affiliate broker’s license:
- 18 Years of Age
- High School Graduate
- Electronic Fingerprinting
- Errors and Omissions Insurance Policy
- Payment of License Fees
- Eligibility Verification
- Required Pre-License Education
