To all interested persons: Notice is given that The Industrial Development Board of the City of Humboldt, Tennessee (the “Board”) will hold a special called meeting on December 20, 2018, at 8:00 a.m. in the office of the Mayor of Humboldt, 1st floor conference room, Humboldt, Tennessee, to consider such as matters as my come before the Board, including, but not limited to, (i) the request by Tyson Farms, Inc., for the approval of the documents for the implementation of a payment in lieu of tax economic development incentive for its hatchery operation in connection with its processing operations in Gibson County, and the approval of any other necessary documents in connection with the contemplated transactions as may be necessary or appropriate to evidence and secure such transactions, and (ii) all other matters as may properly come before the meeting of the Board.
